Hello, you wonderful members of the Emmaus Community. 90 days-107 pilgrims. What a great God we have! We have many things coming up and we need everyone’s involvement. So please get plugged in somewhere so we can share the blessings with everyone. You sponsors who have given so much this year, please work on keeping your pilgrims active. You pilgrims, look on this website and see who to contact to get plugged in.

The other day when I was traveling on the road, I looked down at my truck and it said on the instrument panel, 127 miles to Empty. It dawns on me; wouldn’t that be a nice spiritual indicator to have? When we are going through the week and all of a sudden a reminder goes off; 3 more hours until you need to refuel your spiritual wellness. Some people refuel frequently, not ever wanting to get below a half tank. Some let themselves get dangerously low before refueling. Reunion groups are a wonderful means of getting through the week.

I look forward to seeing all the pilgrims who went on Ron’s walk. I heard from many sources, that is was the best walk ever. I would like to remind everyone that in May we are honoring all of the previous Lay Directors. It should be a gathering to remember! Also, in June we have a Girls Chrysalis Flight #42. Please show your support by sponsoring a caterpillar on this flight. This is the future we are supporting. We also have the Boy’s Chrysalis Flight #43 in July.
