Mens Walk # 175 Sep. 13-16, 2007
Dear Community: I want to thank you for your generous gifts of agape, food, prayer and time; but most of all I want to thank you for showering the men of Mens Walk #175 with your reflection of Gods love and grace. I know the walk was for the 25 pilgrims that God sent, but no one can go through a walk in any capacity and not see Gods hand and feel a special glow from that reflection. The Lord has truly done amazing things among us and we anticipate witnessing many more amazing things before he calls us all home.

Womens Walk #176 Nov. 8-11, 2007
Wow, God is an awesome God and to Him be all the glory. WW #176 is officially full with a waiting list as of October 5, 2007. We have had two team meetings and the spirit of unity and excitement was apparent to everyone. The talks have been powerful and inspiring. A word to the community about agape and food: Please look for the sign-up sheets on a table at the Horseshoe since we won't be having a regular meeting for us to pass our clipboards around. As always, we appreciate your generosity and faithfulness to make sure we all have what we need on these walks. I am filled and overflowing with joy to be a part of the Walk to Emmaus.
Mary Seay
Lay Director WW #176

Administration Committee
- Book Table Thank you for all the books and materials you give for the sake of others and their Walk experience. Keep up the good work!
- Gatherings Committee Remember that leftover agape from each walk is brought to the next two Community meetings for the purpose of the persons/groups who provided it to pick up and use for future walks. If not picked up at either of these two meetings, the agape is kept and sent later in the year to the abuse center where it is greatly appreciated. Anyone who has provided a particular item of agape for a walk can also contact Janis Chapman [janischapman@sbcglobal.net or 682-9586] and ask her to hold those leftover items out for you.
New community members your name tags for your lanyards will also be in the foyer at Community meetings to pick up (if not picked up at the first Community meeting following your order, it will be mailed to you).
Walk crosses for September Community were those of Ken Arnold (MW#175, Sep. 2007), Tish Deffenbaugh (WW#156, Mar. 2005), Jimmy Smith (MW#117, May 2001), and Brenda Smith (WW#144, Jan. 2004). de colores, Carol Hopkins
